This hotel was set in a central area just off the town center, the island and the goings-on about town and Alert Bay at the Orca Inn. And it's within walking distance of The Real Mccoy, ate there once or twice. The continental breakfast offered a huge variety of food, something for everyone's taste.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely little inn in Alert Bay. The family suite provided a spacious dining area and separate sleeping rooms, perfect for our extended family. The view of the inlet and harbour was breathtaking, and we were lucky enough to see whales and porpoises playing right in front of our window. The owner, who has lived on the island for years, was extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The price and quality of our experience was excellent, and we would definitely recommend this gem of a place to others. Thank you, Larry, for a memorable stay!
Nothing, absolutely no complaints at all! 😊

We had a fantastic time at the cozy Orca Inn in Alert Bay. Our extended family stayed there for a few days and enjoyed the simple and rustic style. The owner, Larry, was amazing - he worked hard to improve the property and gave us great recommendations for local dining. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the shower was good. We loved the beautiful sea view and even saw whales and porpoises right from our lounge window. Meeting Larry and hearing his stories was a highlight of our stay. We would definitely return to this genuine gem of a hotel. Big thanks to Larry!
